Dina is a health-tech product manager and leader passionate about shaping the future of healthcare through technology. She also works as a leadership and career coach in HealthTech and the broader tech industry.

She has led the development of various health-tech products from start to finish, being hired twice as the first product manager.

At ThinkSono, she developed a diagnostic AI-ultrasound SaMD, which was recently approved as a Class IIb device in the EU and UK.

At COMPASS Pathways, a leading mental healthcare biotech, she helped the company grow from Series A to IPO. She also defined the global product strategy and expanded the digital team to 30 members across London, San Francisco, and New York. She developed a patient-facing clinical trial application and a therapist training and quality assurance platform.

Her strengths include transitioning between defining big-picture strategy and careful execution as needed, collaborating with engineers and designers to build user-centered products, and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with a shared mission.

Dina holds a BS and MS in engineering from Stanford University. She completed her coaching training at the University of Cambridge and holds an ICF ACC accreditation.
