Glen is a results-driven and committed senior operations leader, and Chartered Manager, adept at strategic growth management, streamlining operations, and successfully leading on complex business challenges.

As the first senior operations hire at Unruly (currently Nexxen), Glen built commercial operations across EMEA, APAC and the US, and delivered the programmatic advertising strategy for the global team in 2014 - a pivotal moment in Unruly’s journey to a £114m acquisition by NewsCorp in 2015.

More recently at 383 Project, he demonstrated his operational versatility beyond sales enablement managing multiple teams, most notably in Software Development, Customer Success, Project Management, and People Operations.

Glen completed an Executive MBA in 2022, graduating top of his class, bolstering his twenty years of experience in leadership within the tech sector.
