Lauren Wood helps companies to increase revenues through customer and employee experience improvements. Her work takes multiple forms - a customer success consultant, leadership coach, and host of the Salesforce sponsored CX podcast, Experts of Experience.

Before building her personal practice, she was the US Head of Customer Success at Too Good To Go (global B2B2C climate tech) where she grew and led a 25 person team, cut churn by 50%, and doubled B2B engagement. Over the course of her career, she has worked to retain, engage, and grow customer accounts in large hyper-growth companies like SoftBank funded Compass as well as early stage startups across the tech industry.

Lauren now combines over a decade of experience leading client-facing teams in tech to help companies and leaders combine a human-centered approach with strategic organizational systems.

She is a trained leadership coach under the Co-Active Training Institute and lives in Los Angeles.
