Biography
Meena Sebastian is a high performing sales leader who has worked with a number of organisations over her career to deliver double-digit growth, from startups targeting the NHS, partnering with Lifesciences on RWE insights.
Her background in health and social care policy from Health Service Journal enables her to advise clients of the upcoming challenges facing them with the constant changes affecting the healthcare landscape.
She has a passion for organisational change and has worked on a number of innovative projects such as the first crowdsourcing hackathon experiment, the Change Challenge led by NHS Improving Quality with Helen Bevan.
Inspired by her work with NHS England & Improvement launching the first HSJAward for Workplace Race Equality, she raised the importance of the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda with the board at Wilmington plc and worked closely with the CEO to set up an EDI Steering Group in 2020.
